Down below are a list of policies and procedures that must be followed for the appointment and scheduling process to run as smoothly as possible.

Address

Location will be given once appointment is booked and exact directions will be given an hour before your appointment.

Guests

No extra guest is allowed other than the paying client.

Food/Drink

No food or drinks allowed during the appointment.

Payments

A $20 non-refundable deposit is required to secure all booking appointments. Your remaining balance/deposit can be paid with cash, ATH movil(340)6420096,or paypal (thegardenofyoni@gmail.com). Your appointment is not confirmed until the deposit is sent. If the deposit is not sent within 24 hours of booking,your appointment will be canceled.

Late Arrivals

Every client is allowed a 5 minutes grace period. You will then be charged an additional late fee at the time of your service. 10 mins- $10 usd, 15 mins- $15 usd, 20 mins-$20 usd. After 20 minutes your appointment will be cancelled.

Rescheduling

You are only allowed to reschedule ONE time with your SAME deposit no later than 12 hours prior to your appointment; however, emergencies happen therefore your deposit can be applied to a reschedule date up to 31 days from your original booking date.

Covid Procedures

If you are coughing, sneezing, sniffling or showing any symptoms of covid or any related illness, PLEASE do not come to your appointment. Feel free to hit me up and I will reschedule your appointment.

No Call No Show

No Call No Show will IMMEDIATELY be cancelled after 20 minutes and another deposit will be required for you to book and secure your next appointment.

VIP

VIP Exclusive hours are availiable upon request which will be an additional $30 fee. 5am - 9am (Saturday & Sunday ONLY and 9pm - 12am (Monday - Friday ONLY
